DMCA / Copyright Policy

SSSTikTok respects the intellectual property rights of others. Importantly, SSSTikTok does not host or store any media files — the Service acts as a conduit between the user and publicly available content hosted on TikTok’s servers.
Submitting a takedown notice
If you are a copyright holder (or an authorized agent) and believe content accessible via the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@ssstiktok.art including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The specific TikTok URL(s) at issue, so we can identify and block the content;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
Valid notices are actioned promptly — typically within 48 hours — by blocking the identified content from being processed by the Service. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers where identifiable.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identifying the blocked material and stating under penalty of perjury that the block resulted from mistake or misidentification.
